You get everything else done. What about the stuff that's just for you?

You know the things we mean. The things you keep saying you'd like to do, get back to or try, but somehow they're always the easiest things to put off.

Do The Thing is a three-month club for trying things, doing things and making more room for yourself.

Each month, we give you a new theme and a reason to do something for yourself. You decide what that looks like. We give you the structure and accountability to actually do it.

And you do it alongside a group of women doing the same.

HOW IT WORKS

More "I did it." Less "I've been meaning to."

Every month starts with a new Permission. A theme designed to give you a reason to do something for yourself.

You decide what that Permission means for you, choose your Thing, and we give you the structure, accountability and people around you to help you actually do it.

SEE HOW IT WORKS
ACTION. RESET. JOY.

What counts as a Thing? Pretty much anything. As long as it's for you.

Over the three months, we explore three different Permissions. You decide what each one looks like in your life.

ACTION

What helps you feel stronger, healthier or fitter?
Couch to 5KStrength trainingGoing for a PBTraining for a challengeEating enough proteinWalking every day

RESET

What helps you slow down and switch off?
Going to bed earlierReading instead of scrollingFive minutes outside before everyone else is upStretchingFinally making those regular saunas happen

JOY

What makes you feel more like you?

A whole club of women saying: go on then.

Everyone's doing their own Thing, but we're doing it together.

We share what we're going to do, swap ideas, celebrate when someone does it and admit when the whole plan has gone completely out of the window.

No judgement. No pretending we're smashing it every day. Just a group of women making a bit more room for themselves and egging each other on.

Think of it as a club full of bossy best friends.
